Biography

Prof Andrea de Guttry is Full Professor of International Law at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies. He is the Director of the International Training Programme for Conflict Management (ITPCM) at the Scuola Sant’Anna. He is Principal Investigator in several research projects at the national and international level. He has been one of the Editors of the book “International Disaster Response Law” (ASSER SPRINGER, 2012)  and has extensively written on legal aspects related to disaster management.
